stamps: edits

I decided that the Eat Local stamps weren’t reading as quickly as I had intended (as the world map of cow spots was easy to miss).  I simplified the coastlines and rearranged the countries into a more recognizable arrangement. I also redesigned the cover of the stamp booklet.
